When I walked into the room, there was a slight smell, and it was smaller than I expected. The lighting could have been improved for a better look. The location was great for accessing the highway, but a bit out of the way from attractions. The dining options were available but not free, and I enjoyed a delicious meal. The service, especially from Jackie at the front desk, was extremely friendly and attentive, making my stay pleasant. Overall, a convenient hotel with some room for improvement.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, hidden at the very outskirts of the floor, offering refreshed rooms with great amenities like a fridge, coffee pot, coffee, coffee filters, and a microwave. While the comfort was more geared towards a single guest room, it was still cozy and well-equipped. The service was attentive and accommodating throughout my stay, from check-in to check-out. However, there was a small hiccup with ride arrangements and slightly lacking acknowledgment for waiting guests. The location was convenient, being only 6 minutes from car rental return and 15 minutes from the airport, but I wish I had known about the pool closure before booking. Despite that, it's placed in a bustling hotel circle with easy access to local food places and the beltway. The dining experience left me feeling a bit cheated with limited options available outside regular hours, but the meals served were excellent with top-notch service. My overall stay was enjoyable with the facilities meeting my expectations.

The hotel rooms need a deep cleaning and some repairs, but they are spacious and equipped with essential amenities like a coffee maker and safe. The kids enjoyed the cookies and fruit provided, and the pool added to their fun. The dining options are somewhat overpriced for the quality offered, and the lack of information regarding restaurant menus and room service is inconvenient.
